Service & Maintenance
Your equipment running is our responsibility. From first commissioning to end-of-life audit, OSWAR provides the technical depth and parts availability to keep your plant productive.
Reliable Process Continuity
Unplanned downtime in a rotary airlock costs far more than the part itself. Our service programs are built around one principle: predictable availability, of parts, of expertise, and of response.
Whether you need a same-day spare, a scheduled inspection, or a full lifecycle audit of your RALX fleet, we treat your equipment as our own.
Engineering Support
Selecting the wrong airlock model costs you in wear, leakage, and unplanned replacement. Our engineering team works with your process data, material type, bulk density, temperature, pressure differential, to specify the exact RALX configuration for your application.
We also support re-engineering of existing installations where performance has degraded, offering drop-in replacements or modified specifications without plant redesign.
Maintenance Programs
Reactive maintenance is the most expensive kind. Our structured maintenance programs shift your RALX fleet from breakdown-driven to condition-based, reducing total maintenance cost and eliminating production surprises.
Programs are tailored to your plant schedule, number of units, and operational criticality. From quarterly check-ins to full annual overhauls, we align service intervals with your planned shutdowns.
Spares & Kits
The RALX platform is engineered around standardized, interchangeable components. That means spares are stocked, drawings are available, and delivery timelines are measured in days, not months.
We offer both individual components and bundled maintenance kits that cover a full planned service, so your maintenance team arrives with everything needed to complete the job in a single shutdown window.
Request Spares QuotationLifecycle Audits
A lifecycle audit gives you a complete picture of your installed RALX fleet, current condition, remaining service life, efficiency gaps, and a prioritized action plan. It is the foundation of any serious asset management strategy.
Audits are conducted on-site by our technical engineers. You receive a written report with condition ratings, photographic evidence, wear measurements, and upgrade recommendations where applicable.
Technical Training
Well-trained operators and maintenance teams are your first line of defence against premature wear and unplanned downtime. Our training programs are built around your actual equipment and your team's level of experience.
Sessions are delivered on-site at your facility, using your installed RALX units as the training platform. We cover both routine operation and the less frequent but critical maintenance tasks that most teams get wrong.
